Our professional Property Management Team consists of five team members and is run by director and Licensee-In-Charge Jess Thorn who with more than 10 years’ experience in this industry can provide a great deal of knowledge and professionalism to the company.
Lukas Thorn contributes as Manager and Estate Agent valuable experience and stability to the organisation. Lukas has been working in the field of Property Management for a few years now and through this period he has gained vast experience in all areas of residential and holiday property management.
He furthermore is responsible for keeping an eye on and coordinating all necessary outside maintenance for the properties under our management and is also your contact person should you require quotes in these areas.
Jonas Thorn is our Marketing Manager and Estate Agent, and along with the rest of our team will maintain client and customer relationships and ensure that your dealings with our organisation are smooth at all times; he will also keep you updated with important and exciting property and business related news on Social Media.
Leonie Thorn is not only an Assistant Agent who contributes with her great organisation skills to the seamless workflow in our office, she furthermore has attended several photography courses and is in charge for all property photos.
Annika Thorn performs a range of duties in the office as well as out in the field as Real Estate Support Staff and adds with her very social and pro-active nature significant value to our business.
Freckles is our newest addition to the team and has taken on the role of becoming the official CMP mascot as of 01/11/2021.
Representing “The key to Property Management”, he has his own interesting, original and cheeky personality and you will find him roaming our social media platforms as he starts engaging with clients, guests and customers through our posts and across our online chats with his extensive knowledge of our processes.
We work as a team and each team member exactly knows what is happening on a daily basis; if a manager is on holiday or sick you do not have to worry as the other team members can assist instantly.
