This tropical retreat strikes the perfect balance between modern comforts and ample living space, boasting four cosy bedrooms, three pristine bathrooms, and generously proportioned lounge areas. Whip up delicious meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen which caters to large groups in the main house, while a self-contained studio with a mini kitchen and full-sized refrigerator offers added convenience. Connected to the main house via a secure undercover terrace walkway, access is both easy and safe.
To ensure maximum comfort year-round, both the main house and studio are equipped with reverse cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans, keeping you warm in winter and cool in summer, no matter what the weather has in store.

Configuration
The property comprises a main house and a fully self-contained studio, connected via an undercover terrace walkway. The ground floor of the main house features one bedroom, a bathroom, separate laundry, a spacious lounge, and a large, fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, both with balconies, a bathroom, and a lounge area overlooking the downstairs area. The self-contained studio includes an open sleeping, lounge, dining, and kitchen area with a separate bathroom.

The ground floor bathroom offers a shower, bathtub, vanity and WC, while the upper-level bathroom includes a shower, vanity and WC.  The self-contained studio boasts an ensuite bathroom, complete with a shower, vanity and WC.

The accommodation features multiple lounge areas, offering ample space for guests to unwind and relax. The ground floor of the main house includes a spacious lounge area, complete with plush seating and modern decor. Upstairs, a separate loft overlooks the downstairs area, providing a tranquil space to read or play board games. The self-contained studio also features an open lounge area, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment or socializing with fellow guests.

★ Kitchen & Dining ★
The main house includes a large, newly renovated kitchen with modern appliances and ample counter space ensuring guests have everything they need to prepare delicious meals during their stay. It also features a 10-seat dining table, ideal for large group meals. The self-contained studio includes a mini kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator and microwave.

Outdoors
Experience the best of the tropical climate in the serene courtyard, enveloped by a lush canopy of trees. The courtyard boasts a spacious entertainment deck, complete with a shaded awning and outdoor ceiling fans, perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying a shaded meal. Take advantage of the outdoor hot shower, ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Fans ensure a cool breeze on warmer days, while the fireplace provides warmth on cooler evenings. Thoughtful decor adds a touch of charm and creates an inviting atmosphere, making the courtyard the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Parking
There is parking for one car under the carport, and at least two cars on the driveway.

Pets
We warmly welcome up to two pets as part of your stay at our home, recognizing that they are cherished members of your family. Please kindly keep pets restricted to outdoor areas unless prior approval to stay indoors is provided. Indoor approval is granted on a case-by-case basis to ensure the suitability of our home. Please also note that all pets are subject to an additional $59 pet fee once the reservation has been confirmed.

Special Property Information
Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats with prior approval required for extra guests or visitors. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation. 

The bunk bed is a lower bunk; from our point of view sturdy enough to sleep two adults, however, it is up to the individual guest to decide if it's suitable.

We are delighted to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience during your stay. You'll receive the password and all necessary access details upon check-in.   • We have stayed at Copa Beachside many times and love it – it feels like a perfect family weekender, and it’s really close to the beach. The accommodation options are great, including the separate outside studio, and it’s perfect for a couple of families with kids. We look forward to going back again soon – Copacabana is a lovely beach and community.

  • We had a fabulous stay, perfect house for family of 5 (6 including our dog) and friends in the outside studio. Comfy beds, soft towels, great living spaces, firepit was a hit. Quick walk to the beach & beautiful quiet area. Kids loved the paddle board too.
