The studio conveniently combines the living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining space with the bedroom to create an attractive setting for the ideal stay. Designed with attention to detail, the bathroom is separated from the open plan design of the studio, providing complete privacy, and inviting you to relax and rejuvenate in utmost tranquillity.

Both areas integrated into the open-plan layout, allowing you to interact while you cook or dine.

Prepare to be captivated by the breathtaking ocean views that serve as a stunning backdrop for your relaxation on the patio. Enhancing the ambiance, a cosy fireplace beckons you to gather around and create unforgettable moments during intimate evenings. Meanwhile, the convenience of direct beach access allows you to easily explore the sandy shores and embrace the coastal lifestyle at your leisure.
Meticulously designed with an unwavering commitment to luxury, every detail of the outdoor area has been carefully curated to ensure a seamless blend of natural beauty and indulgent features offering an irresistible invitation to unwind, recharge, and create cherished memories.

To maintain the beauty of our property, our staff will be attending to the grass areas and plants three times a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM. During this time, we'll be watering the plants in the driveway area for a maximum of 30 minutes, ensuring there's no disruption to your experience.

There is parking available for one car on the driveway as well as on the street.

Special Property Information
Please note the fully self-contained studio you are renting is part of a multi-dwelling holiday home and only suitable for a single person or couple, an additional travel cot is subject to office approval. If you intend to bring a child, please contact our office for more information prior to your booking request. 

During the time of your stay, the main house upstairs may be occupied by other tenants, who, however, have their separate entry and outside areas. The main house and studio do not share any communal areas unless both parties amicably agree to do so during their stay.

The pool area is primarily reserved for the main house occupants. However, if the main house is unoccupied, guests may have the opportunity to use the pool for an extra daily fee. Please note that the availability of this option can only be confirmed on short notice due to the unpredictable nature of bookings. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

This property provides complimentary WIFI, and a password will be provided in your email with all necessary access details or will be available at the property. Please note, however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WIFI will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back-up plan.

  • We loved making breakfast in the well-appointed kitchen and then enjoying it outside, taking in the ocean’s expanse. The direct access to Forresters Beach was the cherry on top. It felt like we discovered a secret gateway to the beach. Can’t recommend this studio enough!

Despite being a studio, it felt spacious, well-designed, and had everything we needed – from a comfy bed to a fully-equipped kitchen. The stunning panoramic views combined with direct beach access made it hard to end our trip, we can’t wait to be back!

The interiors are chic and functional, but it’s the outdoor space that’s a real treat. Watching the waves roll in while sipping on our morning coffee was therapeutic. With the beach right at our doorstep, it truly was an unforgettable holiday!
