We work with experienced and reliable tradespeople in order to maintain all our properties to the highest standard outside of the times at which the houses are booked.
However, in the event that a maintenance issue occurs during your stay and requires immediate attention, we have company procedures established so you can promptly report maintenance issues or damages on the property itself or its content that you have encountered on arrival or that have occurred during your stay.
It is in everyone’s interest to resolve these issues as soon as possible and we really appreciate your cooperation.
We have plans in place for “out of hour emergencies” when unexpected things occur.
Our staff will coordinate the repair and monitor work completed to ensure it is satisfactory while trying to keep the time spent on the premises by our tradesperson as well as your disturbance to an absolute minimum.
You are welcome to give our tradespeople permission to access the property whilst you are away – we have been working with them for years and completely trust them – but if you wish to remain onsite during the attendance of our tradesperson, you may of course do so.
